内置高精度步进电机，精确调整光程差，内置前后限位开关，延迟量>100mm，10微米分辨率。

Remote controllable optical delay is provided. With the precisely controlled step motor enables us to adjust optical delay in the desired optical path length(>100mm) with resolution of 10 micron.
